SILENT BUT DEADLY SLAYS BLITZKRIEG FOR BCCFL TITLE
They didn't score much but it was enough as SBD wins the 2002 BCCFL championship 65-58 over the Blitzkrieg. SBD was led by QB Jeff Garcia with a modest 13 pts to give Coach Ernie Jahn his second BCCFL title having won his first in 1999. TIL NEXT YEAR

BLITZKRIEG TO FACE SBD IN BCCFL FINALS
The #4 seed Blitzkrieg knocked off the #2 seed Crusaders 110-86 to advance to the BCCFL finals. The Blitz were led by QB Mark Brunell with 25 pts to improve to 7-8. The Crusaders lost despite having this weeks playoff MVP RB Clinton Portis with 38 pts.

The #2 seed in the West Silent But Deadly defeated Val's T-Bears 76-73 to advance to the championship game. SBD was led by QB Trent Green and RB Travis Henry with 22 pts apiece to improve to 10-5.

BLITZKRIEG (5-8) KNOCKOUT SACRED WARRIORS (9-3-1) 91-66
In the East Division the #4 seed Blitzkrieg advance to the semis by knocking off the Warriors 91-66. The Crusaders advance by defeating brother Nick's Raiders 81-71.

In the West Division the Val's T-Bears defeated the Gladiators 117-76. Silent But Deadly advances to meet the T-Bears by defeating the Pigskin Bombers 111-73.

BLITZKRIEG & GLADIATORS FILL LAST TWO PLAYOFF SPOTS
The Blitzkrieg end a five game losing streak by beating the Boston Whalers 112-91. Despite starting the season 0-4 the Gladiators finish at 6-7 by beating SBD 92-87 to clinch the last playoff berth in the West. The Sacred Warriors clinched first place in the East with an 83-78 victory over Nick's Raiders to finish the regular season with a BCCFL best 9-3-1 record. The LocoBoys fall just short of a playoff berth despite beating the Pigskin Bombers 80-70 to finish at 6-7. The Crusaders end the season at 8-4-1 by knocking the defending champion Circus Clowns out of the playoff picture 71-63. Despite losing to the last place Rabid Dogs 69-66 the T-Bears clinch the #1 seed in the West.

WARRIORS BLINDSIDE BLITZKRIEG 108-96
The Sacred Warriors send the Blitzkrieg to their fifth consecutive loss 108-96. SBD climbed into second place by topping the LocoBoys 102-84. The Circus Clowns hold their own destiny by defeating Nick's Raiders 97-93. Val's T-Bears stay a half game ahead of SBD by beating the Gladiators 88-53.The Crusaders knock the Boston Whalers out of the playoff hunt by an 82-52 margin. Despite defeating the Bombers 73-49 the Rabid Dogs will be home for the playoffs with a 4-8 record.
THIS WEEKS TRANSACTIONS:
The Sacred Warriors drop Steeler LB Kendrell Bell and pickup Ram S Adam Archuleta. Val's T-Bears drop Cowboy RB Troy Hambrick and pickup Arizona RB Marcel Shipp.

GLADIATORS PUMMEL PIGSKIN BOMBERS 106-79
The Gladiators win their third in a row by beating the Bombers 106-79. The Sacred Warriors take over sole possession of first place in the East by defeating the Whalers for the second time 96-86. Nick's Raiders knocked the Crusaders out of first 95-70. The Circus Clowns gained a crucial victory in their playoff bid over the Blitzkrieg 89-86. The LocoBoys are tied in the West with the Gladiators for the last playoff spot with their narrow 81-79 victory over the Rabid Dogs. SBD defeated the T-Bears for the second time 78-71.
THIS WEEKS TRANSACTIONS:
The Gladiators drop Bronco QB Steve Beuerlein and pickup Browns QB Tim Couch. The Bombers drop injured Lion WR Az Hakim and reacquire Panther WR Steve Smith. COMMISH NOTES:
Next Tuesday Nov. 26 will be the last day to make any roster changes.

T-BEARS SMACK LOCOBOYS 111-77 FOR FIVE IN A ROW
The Sacred Warriors and Val's T-Bears win their fifth in a row by beating the LocoBoys for the second time this season 111-77. The Sacred Warriors whipped the Circus Clowns 114-58. The Pigskin Bombers stay tied atop the West Division by defeating the SBD for the second time 97-55. Trailing by 35 pts going into Monday nite the Crusaders got 33 pts from QB Rich Gannon and 10 pts from RB Clinton Portis to win 87-79. Nick's Raiders go to .500 by beating the Whalers for the second time 86-71. The Gladiators improve to 4-6 by avenging an earlier loss 81-46 over the Rabid Dogs.
THIS WEEKS TRANSACTIONS:
The Crusaders drop rookie WR Josh Reed and pickup Browns WR Dennis Northcutt. The Boston Whalers release injured DB Aenaes Williams and sign Raven LB Ray Lewis. The Gladiators drop RB Trung Canidate and pickup Patriot RB Kevin Faulk.

WARRIORS TIE CRUSADERS TO REMAIN TIED IN EAST 88-88
The Sacred Warriors and Crusaders remain atop the East Division with a 5-3-1 record by tieing this week 88-88. The Boston Whalers gained a much needed victory in an effort to make the playoffs over the Circus Clowns 86-56. The Gladiators improve to 3-6 by avenging an earlier loss to the LocoBoys 82-52. Val's T-Bears win their fourth in a row by defeating the Pigskin Bombers 74-55 and move into a first place tie with the Bombers at 6-2-1. Nick's Raiders nearly doubled up the Blitzkrieg 72-37. The LocoBoys even their record at 4-4 by defeating the struggling Sacred Warriors 75-67. Silent but deadly pickup another win over Rabid Dog's 78-68.
THIS WEEKS TRANSACTIONS:
The Sacred Warriors drop injured WR Oronde Gadsden and pickup 49er WR Tai Streets.

T-BEARS BLINDSIDE BLITZKRIEG 100-89
Val's T-Bears improve to 5-2-1 by downing the Blitzkrieg 100-89. The Pigskin Bombers improve to a league best 6-1-1 by knocking off Nick's Raiders 94-50. The Crusaders move into a first place tie in the East Division by defeating the Gladiators 77-74. The Rabid Dogs gained a much needed victory by downing the Whalers 77-61. Silent But Deadly returns to it's winning ways with a 98-69 win over the Circus Clowns
THIS WEEKS TRANSACTIONS:
The Rabid Dogs drop the injured Raven LB Ray Lewis and pickup Green Bay DE Kabeer Gbaja-biamila. The Sacred Warriors drop another QB Jamie Martin and replace him with St Louis QB Marc Bulger. The T-Bears release Redskin WR Jacquez Green and pickup Dallas WR Antonio Bryant.

CRUSADERS CRUSH BOMBERS 128-44
The Crusaders give the Pigskin Bombers their first taste of defeat 128-44. The Blitzkrieg go to 4-3 by dropping SBD 109-67. The Circus Clowns end their 4 game losing streak by knocking off the LocoBoys 100-59. Val's T-Bears dominance over the Sunrise Sacred Warriors continues as the T-Bears maul the Warriors 93-50. Nick's Raiders climb out of the cellar by dropping the Rabid Dogs into the cellar 85-75. The Gladiators win their second in a row by beating the Whalers 84-74.
THIS WEEKS TRANSACTIONS:
The LocoBoys drop Indy WR Reggie Wayne and acquire Houston WR Corey Bradford. The Pigskin Bombers release recently acquired WR Steve Smith and pickup the unretired Dolphin WR Cris Carter. The Rabid Dogs let go RB Robert Edwards and pickup Cleveland RB Jamel White. The carousel of quarterbacks continue for the T-Bears as they release QB Patrick Ramsey and pickup Steeler QB Tommy Maddox. The Crusaders release little known or used RB Lamar Gordon and pick RB Amos Zereqous

BOSTON WHALES ON THE LOCOBOYS 119-63
The Boston Whalers got their second win of the season by knocking off the LocoBoys 119-63. Val's T-Bears improve to 3-2-1 by defeating Nick's Raiders 110-96. Silent But Deadly improves their record to 4-2 by beating the Crusaders 101-90. Congratulations go out to the Gladiators as they get their first win of the season 92-66 over the Circus Clowns. The Sacred Warriors win their fourth in a row by defeating the Rabid Dogs 80-65. The Pigskin Bombers remain unbeaten at 5-0-1 by beating the Blitzkrieg 78-68.
THIS WEEKS TRANSACTIONS:
The Sacred Warriors drop QB Tim (everybody hates me) Couch and pickup Jet QB Chad Pennington.

CRUSADERS CLOBBER CLOWNS 111-76
The Crusaders improve to 3-2 by crushing the slumping Circus Clowns 111-76.The Blitzkrieg speared the Boston Whalers 108-88. It was Silent But Deadly's turn to knock off the Gladiators 103-92. The Sacred Warriors stay atop the East Division by defeating Nick's Raiders 97-79. The Pigskin Bombers trailed the Loco Boys by 45 pts going into Monday nite and got the win 90-88. The Dog's take a bite out of the Bear's and clawed by 67-60.
THIS WEEKS TRANSACTIONS:
The unbeaten Pigskin Bombers drop rookie WR Ashley Lelie and pickup Carolina WR Steve Smith. Val's T-Bears drop QB Chris Chandler and replace him with Washington QB Patrick Ramsey.

T-BEARS KEEP GLADIATORS WINLESS 119-76
Val's T-Bears improve to 2-1-1 by defeating the Gladiators 119-76. The LocoBoys were victorious over SBD 108-92 to improve to 3-1. The Pigskin Bombers remain unbeaten at 3-0-1 by defeating the Rabid Dogs 93-58. The Boston Whalers get their first win of the season by shocking the Crusaders 92-88. The Sacred Warriors improve to 3-1 and first place by knocking off the Blitzkrieg 85-82. Nick's Raiders improve to 2-2 by upsetting defending champs Circus Clowns 63-52.
COMMISH NOTE:
From now until the end of the 12th week each team is allowed one transaction per week by Tuesday evening of each week.

GLADIATORS BITTEN BY RABID DOGS 126-116
The Rabid Dogs get their first win of the season by defeating the Gladiators. The Circus Clowns won a laugher over the Sacred Warriors 114-80. Val's T-Bears annihilated the Loco Boys 100-51. Nick's Raiders edge the Boston Whalers 93-92. The Crusaders held on 80-77 over the Blitzkrieg. The Pigskin Bombers dropped one on Silent But Deadly 75-52.
COMMISSIONERS NOTES:
Next Tuesday Sept. 24 we will be conducting our supplemental draft. Each team will have the opportunity to drop up to four players of their choice. Draft order will be based on team records with the last place team receivng the first pick in each round. The draft will be conducted via telephone and will begin at 8:00pm.

CHAMPION CLOWNS PICK UP WHERE THEY LEFT OFF 125-76
The defending champs Circus Clowns are ready to defend their title by sinking the Boston Whalers 125-76.
The Blitzkrieg ruin the return of Nick's Raiders 94-69. Silent Buttttttttttt Deadly knocked out the Rabid Dogs 87-74. In the battle of the only two original BCCFL squads that have never won a championship, the Sacred Warriors defeated the Crusaders 93-83. The Loco Boys return to BCCFL play victoriously by beating the Gladiators 89-73. The first tie of the season was recorded as the Pigskin Bombers and Val's T-Bears knotted at 83 apiece.
